A Family Business

Sønarence is a matter of blood. Composed of Løwne and his brother Plectik, the duo fuses an innate fraternal bond with an artistic standard forged through years of individual sonic exploration. Having paved their own musical paths, the two brothers reunite under a single alias to give life to an intimate, raw, and uncompromising dialogue.

Nomadism

The project is deeply marked by its nomadic character. Situated at the crossroads of two worlds, the duo composes and creates remotely, suspended between the vertical effervescence of Hong Kong and the refined atmosphere of Copenhagen. This geographical distance, far from being an obstacle, has become the very engine of their creativity. It infuses their music with a sense of wandering, space, and disconnection, making each track a travel diary of a permanent back-and-forth between Europe and Asia.

Fusion

Sønarence’s signature lies in the collision of two strong musical cultures. On one side, Plectik brings an organic sensitivity, drawing from textures and rock melancholy to lay deep, melodic, and introspective emotional foundations. On the other, Løwne injects his club culture, his rhythmic science, and a techno energy that he is known for. The result of this fusion is hybrid electronic music, both physical and cerebral, where melancholic layers cross paths with industrial rhythms and heavy bass. A true bridge between rock culture and the energy of underground clubs, Sønarence embodies a unique sonic synthesis.
