From the streets of Lille to global roaming.

The Kiosk Club Legacy

The story of Beat Boutik Records begins in 2011, in the heat and excitement of the Kiosk Club in Lille — an institution of the underground scene in the 2000s. The venue served as the cradle for a project born from a simple desire: to extend the dancefloor experience through vinyl.

The label was founded by a complementary trio: Løwne, Ote Rama, and Czeski. The latter, iconic figure and boss of the Kiosk, brought the expertise of a mythical venue to this new adventure. Soon after, the family grew with the arrival of Ctrl+Stop — an indispensable pillar who took the helm of the label for several years, leaving his mark on the identity and development of the BBK series.

A Collective First and Foremost

Far more than a simple publishing structure, Beat Boutik is a collective. Throughout the 2010s, the group established itself as a genuine driving force of the Lille scene, acting as an event producer and talent catalyst.

Their sonic spectrum reflects their curiosity: electronic music in the broadest sense. From the contemplative sound design of electronica to the raw efficiency of techno, the BBK catalog explores textures without ever confining itself to a single genre.

Craftsmanship at the Heart of Independence

The label champions a craftsman's approach to music. Here, passion takes precedence over output. Every release is conceived as a collector's object — the fruit of total independence. This handmade spirit runs through both the artistic selection and the care given to the label's image.

A Nomadic, Borderless Project

Faithful to its roots but facing the horizon, Beat Boutik has become a nomadic project. Its members, now scattered across France and the world — from Paris to Asia — continue to breathe life into the label through their desires, encounters, and personal projects.

Beat Boutik Records no longer follows an imposed calendar, but the organic rhythm of a family that, fifteen years after its beginnings, keeps its love for the underground groove completely intact.
